Operational Assessments

Comprehensive Operational Assessment

A broader assessment of several connected operational areas, with integrated findings and a sequenced improvement roadmap.

IWS examines multiple agreed operational areas and how they affect one another, using the approved document set, available performance information, and scheduled stakeholder input. The assessment integrates findings across areas such as service delivery, workflows, staffing practices, performance management, customer access, and operational governance. Recommendations are prioritized and sequenced for leadership action.
