Overview

This Privacy Notice explains how Impact Work Solutions, LLC (IWS, we, us, or our) handles information when you browse the Center Solutions website, request help, submit a service inquiry, communicate with us, or use staff-access features. By using the site or submitting information, you acknowledge the practices described here.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, information created through your use of the site, and limited technical information needed to operate and secure the application.

• Contact and organization information, such as your name, organization, role, email address, and telephone number.
• Service-request information, including selected services, business needs, operating details, answers to intake questions, requested timelines, and add-on selections.
• Materials you choose to provide, such as process descriptions, reports, call-flow information, or other project-related documents, when the application or an IWS representative requests them.
• Transaction and engagement information, such as proposals, acceptance status, payments, introductory-price eligibility, scheduling, change requests, and project communications.
• Staff-account information, including work email, access role, sign-in activity, and administrative audit history.
• Technical and security information, such as browser or device information, network identifiers, timestamps, error records, and security or request-limiting logs.

How we use information

IWS uses information to operate the application and provide requested services.

• Review inquiries, determine service fit, clarify scope, prepare proposals, and communicate with prospective or engaged clients.
• Administer engagements, scheduling, payments, client updates, deliverables, and follow-up.
• Maintain submission snapshots, audit records, access controls, service history, and security protections.
• Improve the application, service design, workflows, and client experience.
• Meet legal, accounting, insurance, contractual, and recordkeeping obligations.
• Send service-related messages. Marketing messages, if used, will be handled separately and may be declined as required by applicable law.

Information we ask you not to submit

Do not submit information that is unnecessary for IWS to evaluate or perform the requested service. Unless IWS expressly authorizes a secure method and the applicable agreement permits it, do not submit passwords, payment-card details, Social Security numbers, protected health information, government-classified information, employee medical information, or other highly sensitive personal data. Client organizations are responsible for confirming that they have authority to provide information to IWS.

How we disclose information

IWS does not sell personal information and does not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information only as reasonably necessary:

• To technology, hosting, authentication, email, accounting, payment, file-storage, professional-advisory, and other service providers that support IWS operations.
• To contractors or specialists authorized for a defined engagement and subject to appropriate confidentiality and access limits.
• To comply with law, legal process, insurance requirements, or a valid government request; to protect rights, safety, or security; or to investigate misuse.
• In connection with a business reorganization, financing, merger, acquisition, or transfer, subject to appropriate protections.
• With your direction or consent.

Deidentified and aggregated information

Subject to the applicable proposal or agreement, IWS may use deidentified or aggregated information, generalized findings, methods, and work examples for service improvement, education, research, and marketing. IWS will not use the client’s name, personal information, confidential information, telephone numbers, or details reasonably likely to identify the client unless the client separately authorizes that use in writing.

Cookies and similar technologies

The site may use essential browser storage, cookies, or similar technologies to maintain sessions, preserve intake progress, apply security controls, and support staff authentication. IWS does not currently use these technologies for third-party behavioral advertising. Browser settings may allow you to restrict cookies, but doing so may prevent sign-in or intake features from working correctly.

Retention

IWS retains information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Notice, including inquiry review, engagement administration, security, auditability, dispute resolution, accounting, insurance, and legal compliance. Submission snapshots and change or access histories may be retained as business records even after an account or current engagement ends. IWS may delete or deidentify information when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to applicable obligations.

Security

IWS uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information, including role-based access controls and restricted administrative functions. No system or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. If you believe information has been accessed or used improperly, contact IWS promptly.

Your choices and requests

You may contact IWS to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you submitted. IWS may need to verify your identity and may retain information when required for legal, accounting, security, contractual, or legitimate business purposes. You may also ask questions about IWS privacy practices or withdraw optional marketing consent.

Children

The Center Solutions site and services are intended for organizations and adults acting in a professional capacity. They are not directed to children under 13, and IWS does not knowingly collect personal information from children through this application.

Third party services and links

The site may link to or use third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices and agreements. IWS is not responsible for the privacy practices of an independently operated third-party site.

Changes to this Notice

IWS may revise this Notice when its practices, services, or legal obligations change. The updated version will show a new effective date. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate notice when required.
